Know of an Online Diet/Workout Trackers?
There’s a ton of online diet and workout trackers/programs out there… I’m not sure which one is best. I try to limit the amount of sites I sign up to even if they’re free. Anyone know of a good site?
i recently signed up with this great online workout website. it’s free, intuitive, and very easy to use. you can keep great track of all the food you eat throughout the day as they have a very extensive database of foods, and you can also track your workout routine. if you don’t have a diet or workout plan setup, the site can also create custom ones catering to your needs, or you can choose from the pool of regiments they already.
it’s a great site. not only does it focus on health and fitness, but it’s also kind of like facebook in a social-networking way. you can friend people who will help with advice, tips, or simply help you stay motivated. i’ve been using it for about two months now and it’s already helped me break out of my plateau and shed an extra 12.5lbs on top of the 40lbs i had already lost in the year before.
i highly recommend this site to anyone who is seriously committed to keeping track of their diet and workouts.
