Where can I find stair climber with arm workout?
I remember there used to be a piece of exercise equipment that was a stair climber and had bars for your arms that moved vertically…..sought of like mountain climbing. The stairs and the arms moved…..does anyone know where I can find that or a manufacturer that made it?
I have never heard or seen that, but have you seen the eliptical machines? They are alot softer on your joints, and are both and arm and leg workout. If you can not find the item you are looking for you should look into that.
