Is my workout schedule good enough?

This is my weekly workout schedule:
Sun – Rest
Mon – 1 hour cardio
Tues – 30 min cardio, 30 min strength (circuit training)
Wed – 1 hour cardio
Thurs – 30 min cardio, 30 min strength (circuit training)
Fri – Workout video of some sort
Sat – 30 min cardio, yoga video
