I work out twice a week, if I eat protein bars right after a workout, will by muscles get even bigger?

I mean bigger than if they would without the protein bars.

Also, should I eat just one, right after a workout, or many over few days?

Working out just twice a week won’t make your muscles as big as would working them out three times a week. Protein bars are great as far as they go but try to increase your overall intake of healthy foods such as poultry and eggs – in moderation of course. If you eat one or two protein bars right after each workout, they will provide your body with some much needed “building material”. And remember to work your entire body so as to keep from looking like a total ‘freak”.
