what kind of workout routine is needed for an overall great physical appearance?
im an 18 year old male and im at a good weight but i dont have much muscle so i was wondering what type of workout routine i needed to gain muscle, i play soccer so my legs are pretty toned but my abs,chest,back,arms are not as much. i really want a good core(abs,chest) what do i need to do?
oh and should i eat differently for gaining muscle? again, i do no want to lose or gain weight, just be more toned and have my muscles showing
