Diet/nutrition/exercise programs for women???
I was researching the P90x program and it says that it was originally designed for men. I am seriously over weight (220lbs.) and want to get down to around 140 (ive been told this is healthy weight for me by DR.) does anybody have any ideas for me. I have a membership to the Y but I really like the idea of workouts i can do at home (DVD’s) but that are formulated specifically for women.
