Jog Bras
hi, im starting to jog for about an hour every second day to lose some weight?
but i really want to get nice toned legs and a perfect round lifted bum, i want a flat stomach too and i’ve been doing crunches and sit ups but i need to know if jogging alot will help with my legs and but? also im a 12B bra size… if i lose weight will my boobs shrink too? any help will be appreciated thanks!!
I wouldn’t worry about bra size. Yes it will shrink, but honestly not enough to notice. if your just starting out try going for 30 minutes at first or you might burn out (like I did. I was jogging everyday for an hour and finally just QUIT lol. I’m starting my new routine tomorrow of just walking 30 min everyday with my 2 yr old in her stroller). Hope I helped! If you do as you plan (jog 1hr) & you feel like quitting, just picture your new body after all your hard work in a bikini. That helped get me back on track, lol! It helps to motivate! =)
