Free Exercise Videos For Kids
I seriously need to exercise!!!! HELP!!?
Ok, I know this is a common question, but I seriously need to start exercising, how do i start? I don’t exercise, but I work 8 hours a day, I have 2 kids and husband, dinner to cook, a house to clean, laundry to do, etc etc (Yes, the same old story.)
I am so OUT OF SHAPE! I’m 23, I am 5′7 and weigh about 168…I used to be like 130-140 which I would love to get back to because lately I’m wearing a size 10 jeans and they’re getting tight as well.
Whats a good routine to start out with for someone who gets out of breath really easily? LOL.
Or are there any free online exercise videos that I can watch? I want something that is going to help my stomach and legs, without having to devote hours and hours (which I obviously dont have).
You need to make a lifestyle change from inactive to active. The easiest and funnest way to do this is to pick an activity… check your community college or other places here are some ideas (adult soccer, adult softball, a skating class, a boot camp class) to name a few. This will get you to meet other fitness minded people, and I think it’s easier to keep it up if you are committed. The best thing to do is involve your kids also… plenty of adults bring their kids to their soccer games for example… I think it’s good for the kids, or pick something you can do together (depending on age.) Some gyms also offer free babysitting while you work out.
Anyways start thinking about your options and find something that fits your schedule that you will enjoy doing… then as you get in better shape slowly start adding activities. Mix it up so you don’t get bored. The only way to stick with an exercise program really is if your having fun, so make that just as much of a priority.
