Fingerless Gloves Workout
Wrapping/Taping help for boxing/punching bag workouts?
I’m throwing punches at a 60lb bag that was filled with a hydraulic press, so it’s VERY evenly filled as well as completely and evenly duct-taped all around the outside. I have the MMA style punching gloves that velcro-wrap around the wrist, but really only have padding on the front of the knuckles and tops of the knuckles and are fingerless gloves.
HERE’S WHERE I NEED HELP. I need a link or some kind of source to show me whats the best way to either wrap up or tape up (whichever is better) my hands/wrists/whatever else i should wrap up to help protect my hands. My punches are landing very smooth and perfectly, but I feel i should wrap them up for that “just in case” accident. Any help guys?

I definitely agree with that, you should always wrap your hands no matter what. Even if hitting the bag without them feels good i can guarantee it will catch up with you in time.
And even though your heavy bag is a little light at 60 pounds i would still recommend that you use at least 12 oz bag gloves. All those MMA type gloves are really not suited for hitting a heavy bag, especially if you plan on going at full power.
