i cant do push ups !! y is that hard to believe
will skipping rope help ?
Push up is the most common exercise, so don’t tell me you can do it.. Push ups is a very good exercise, if you ask me there is two types of push ups I use. I use the regular one, where your arms are wide and then you train your chest and there is the other one: Diamond push ups. This is where you take your hands together on the ground and form a diamond with the thumbs and fingers and then do pushups, and this focuses specifically on the triceps, the muscles under your arm. The one you impress girls with, is called the biceps. Google both of the muscle groups, if you’re blank. However, there is no way to train the biceps with pushups, so you have to do pullups with a pull up bar or a weight to lift, google it for more information.
So you don’t really need much.
Just a floor if you wanna train your chest or triceps, or if you wanna specifically focus on your biceps you can use a weight. Hope this helped.
