Do you know of any Exercise sites with music…???
I left all my exercise videos in Australia…would love just a couple to view from here…
Wish I could lend them to you..they are in storage in GC….they were kick boxing and South American dancing..the salsa..as well as low impact aerobics..and I loved them..
i dont know any of the exerices sites,but i recommend u to do exercises with music around in the stereo or i-pod etc.
