Exercise Videos Uk

I really need to tone my legs, especially my inner thighs and nothing seems to make a difference. Help!?
ok, so i’m pretty slim in that i fit into UK sizes 8 or 10 but the thing is i’m so un toned! i’ve been doing exercise videos at home and nothing really makes a difference! Luckily in a month i’m moving to a forest where i can go running and hopefully that will make a difference but i feel so useless just waiting and i need to do something now. Has anyone got any hints on how i can stop eating such unhealthy snacks and tone my body especially inner thighs! At the moment just looking at my legs makes me feel sick and i have my prom soon and the summer’s coming i want to just be carefree about my body at last! its so degrading because recently i have put on a lot of weight but i havent eaten more than usual or anything, i would just be so gratful if someone could help me out!! thank you xx
So, who is going to see your thighs at a prom? Sounds like you feel degrading about yourself in spite of your body.
Be thankful for all God gives you.
Don’t complain but count your blessings instead of finding fault with yourself.
Walking and swimming is the best exercise.
Think only good thoughts about yourself.
