Exercise Videos That Really Work

I am trying to find a really good exercise/workout video to lose weight with and I have no clue what works?!?
I need something that can help me lose 10-15lbs over the next two months!
all videos work as long as you do them! What’s your interest?
I hear kickboxing was in for a while, then walking was in – can you believe there’s a video for walking?? lol.
Anyway, whatever you choose, stick to it. I’d say get a few so you don’t get bored doign the same thing over and over. One thing’s for sure, DON’T just get the ones for a certain part of the body. ie. steel abs or steel buns, etc.
You need cardio and THEN you can work on specific areas but you need to do the cardio stuff first. (not as in one month cardio and then do abs, I don’t mean that. I mean Cardio for 30 mins (or whatever) and abs for 15. Next day, cardio with legs for 15, etc etc.)
You have to switch body parts otherwise that doesn’t work either. Doing the same body part doesn’t get you there any faster and in some cases it slows things down b/c your muscles are over tired.
