Exercise Videos Senior Citizens
Are there any exercise videos for the elderly, obease people, or overweight senior citizens?
My grandmother isn’t doing too good. All she does is watch TV & eat junkfood. She;ss exercise if I exercise with her, but firs I need to find something she can handle.
Someone mentioned “The Biggest Loser” TV series-based workout videos, but he also said they’d be a little too intence for her.
As for my own exercise needs: All the exercise videos out there are for the young & the barely pudgy. All of the women in the videos have sacrificed all of their femanine curves for manly muscle, & all of the men look like comic book characters. Aren’t there any alternative exercise videos featuring “real people” in them?
Thanks for the Nintendo Wii idea, Jonsoeser. She won;t use it, but I’m sure as hell tempted to buy one for myself.
I highly recommend getting a nintendo Wii and a Wii fit – it will blow your mind how much exercise she’ll do and not even realize it cause she’ll be having so much fun.
The only reason you shouldn’t get this is if she is over 300 pounds, cause that is the limit for the Wii fit board.
