Will this help loose weight and burn calories???Please Help!!!!?
I am currently exercising and dieting, and have lost 30 lbs so far. I am eating around 1400 calories a day. I have been walking 2 miles 3-4 days a week and doing the Jillian Michaels work out videos 4-5 days a week. However now I am finding myself not having enough time every day to go walking, My questions is if I eat 1400 calories per day and do a Jillian Michaels cardio workout each day will that help me to continue to loose weight, or is that not enough. The workout videos are very intense and keep my heart rate up the whole time. Will this help me to loose more weight?
your eating too many calories. you only need about 1200 per day. try going down some. you can go down to 1000 but be careful and take vitamins. drink alot of water too. go down to 1000 till you get where you want to be then slowly go up to 1200 and you should be able to maintain from there.
