Exercise Videos Over 50
Can I lose 60 pounds in six months? Help!?
Ok here’s the problem: I am 27, 5ft 3in and 195 lbs. I have hight blood pressure and high cholesterol and have been prescibed medication for both. I gained about 50-60 pounds over the course of 2 years(combo sedentary lifestyle and Depo-provera) and have never lost that weight. I have one child born ten years ago but I weighed 130 after I had her so its not baby weight. I want to feel healthier and get active. Whats the best daily exercise that I can do? I am very interested in jogging, boxing, and tennis or any other sporty activity that burns calories quick. Any suggestions to jumpstart this? Is it realistic to lose that much weight in six months without surgical options or crash dieting? Any home exercise videos that really worked for anyone?
walk, jog, box, play tennis, wahtever you like …just get moving
also if you drink soda …throw it out now
drink half your body weight in water every day you will need to drink 97 ounces…I know it sounds like alot but it’s what you need
also no fried foods, no red meat…chicken, turkey, and fish only
no sugar, no flour
and eat salad @ least twice a day
I know it sounds like alot, but I was the same way (high bp also) and I lost 35 pounds in 6 months……….. and now weigh 125.

Oh best workout videos (my opinion) are Pilates (creates long leaner muscle…not bulk) and any dance type workouts.
