Exercise Videos Low Impact

Anyone tried out The Firm Total Body Transfirmation exercise video?
Watched the TV infomercial and it looked good (but they all do) and was wondering if anyone has actually tried the workout. If anyone out there has, can you tell me if it’s low impact or high impact and whether there is good explanation from the instructor. thanks so much
I’ve used it in the past and it was excellent. (Don’t know if it’s the same version you are considering.) Only home exercise videos that I ever used consistently. The one I bought had three different videos and they were each a different impact level. Good explanation from instructors, not too complicated. The thing I liked was that it was a realistic program… none of this “just 10 minutes a day and you’ll have perfect abs” crap. The videos are an hour combination of weight training and cardio… it helped my body a lot. Lost a lot of weight on it while I was using it over a realistic time period. I’d recommend it over any of the other videos I have purchased in my life.
