Exercise Videos Kids

What kind of exercise can I do to tone my legs arms and abs/stomach?
I am 14 years old. I am over-weight and I need help. i do not like the whole running idea because I am big but I need something that I can do everyday that is easy. I need something to do that is inexpensive. I don’t want to try any kind of diets. I don’t want to try any kind of those dance/exercise videos unless they are for younger kids/teens and not for adults.
What a great question! The best exercises need no special equipment.
For ab exercises try a super slow set of crunches where you lay on your back with knees bent, put your hands behind head, arms out to the sides, and lift each vertebra off the floor one by one until you’re in the sit up position then do the reverse all the way back down to the floor. Barely stop at the top and at the bottom. Keep in constant motion. Do these to fatigue. Followed by 2 sets of alternating obliques where you take each elbow and go to the opposite knee. Being careful to again lift each vertebra off the floor one by one. And, concentrate on making a smooth arc in the air with your elbow then alternate sides. No matter how far you get you will have worked both sides.
For the legs/butt try doing “squats with target.” Stand with your back side near a kitchen chair. Stand with feet hip width apart. Hold a light weight or a can of soup out in front of you with both hands. The do a squat where you try to touch your butt to the chair then come back up. Barely stop at the bottom and the top of the exercise. And , concentrate on making it a slow “machine-like” motion. slow and even. Do as many as you can untill to stat doing them incorrectly then staop and rest. Follow with 2 more sets untill you “fatigue.”
I Hope this helps! Best of luck to you.
