Am I at a normal weight?
Im like 5 something. Im a sophomore in high school and at the end of freshman year I weighed 117 pounds. Then summer came and my sister wanted to get into shape so I am pretty athletic so i helped her along. We did this workout video “Jillian MIchaels 30 Day Shred” and we did it for 30 days. And my sister did a lot of research to eating healthy. So summer, i exercised more, drank plenty of water, and ate healthy like always and now i weigh 103.
Am i at a healthy weight?? If not what should i do? i honestly dont wanna get tagged as aneroxic

if you are concerned that you are underweight talk to your doctor. there are many variables to a healthy weight. muscle tone, gender, genetics excetera.
