yoga, treadmill, walk -RESULTS??

I have recently started a my exercise regime. In the morning I go for a half an hour walk, come back and do half an hour of yoga. In the evening I do a super stomach workout from a video by denise austin, and lastly run on the treadmill for 30 mins. I have done so for past 3 days and feel great. I plan to do so 5 times a week for a month. How MUCH WEIGHT should I expect to loose in ONE month? I have also ELIMINATED sweet and sugars from my diet.

Anywhere from 5-10 lbs, as long as you eat healthy food and no junk.
