free online exercise/workout/dance?
Hi,
is there any website that offers really FREE exercise videos? I dont care whether it is aerobics, some dance, or general toning of the body. I will appretiate anything that is free and longer than 15 minutes. Please dont recommend youtube, as long as the video is not longer than at least 15 minutes. Thank you
shapefit.com isnt videos but it as animated pics of ppl demonstrating the exercise and they have everything for every part of ur body
