Resistance Training Workout Plan

Is this a good workout plan?

Monday- chest
Tuesday- abs
Wednesday- back and shoulders
Thursday- legs and feet
Friday- arms and hands
Saturday- open day
Ten minutes aerobic workout, five minute stretch, thirty-five minute resistance training, five minute cool down.
Thanks for any advice.

What I would do actually is just alternate between upper and lower..soo
