Many people wonder if 30 minutes can actually burn calories and be effective, and the answer is yes!
Aerobics from DVDs like Half Hour Power workout and Insanity can burn a lot of calories quickly - Aerobics mainly target your legs, hips and glutes, and can burn approx. 400 calories in 30 minutes. Brisk walking is a less strenuous form of cardio exercises. Walking can burn up to 180 calories in 30 minutes. Sprinting, adding hills or an incline can increase amount of calories burned. Running is an excellent cardio exercises because all you need is a pair of quality running shoes. Running burns serious calories. A 145 LB person can easily burn 300 calories in 30 minutes.
A healthy eating habit is the primary key to fat loss. Once you have implemented a nutritious and healthy eating plan, the half hour of exercise you do (whether it is cardio or strength training) will show greater results with a minimal amount of time. Small amounts of high-intensity exercise can do wonders for your muscles compared to long cardio sessions.
Whether you are male, female, young, old, pilates will be beneficial for you. Some people choose to take pilates classes at gyms, but sometimes just getting to a gym can be a struggle. my daily meal is…
BREAKFAST-1/2 cup of special K, with 1/4 cup of milk
LUNCH- corn dog with tbs of ketchup or taquitos with tbs of hot souce or salad with 2 tbs of italian dressing
DINNER- progresso soup or ramen noodle soup.
SNACK- nectarine or canalope or crackers
DRINK- vitamin water and 2-3 bottles of regualr water
my meals throughout the day usualy are between, 565-1225 colories
so if i lose 1000 calories more than i consume, how much weight will i lose in 2O days?

This is not a great plan, sorry.
1) Special K is not whole grain and it’s filled with sugar. Substitute with whole grain cereal and skim or soy milk.
2) Corn dogs are processed and filled with fat and chemicals. Substutute with salad with no dressing because it’s filled with fat and unwanted calories.
3) The ramen and canned soup is filled with salt, which bloats and dehydrates you. Substitute with grilled chicken and veggies or scrambled eggs. (use olive oil, not butter)
4) Stick with fruit for snacks, no crackers.
5) Vitamin Water is a scam, It’s all sugar. Have a vitamin instead, and for drinks, drink plain water or soy/skim milk.
Nothing fried, no trans fats, and no added salt or sugar. For exercise, swim, run, walk, and bike.
I’m 15 and last summer I lost 15 pounds this way.

Im 34 weeks, and just started getting stretch-marks. I really don’t like them and they’re making me really self conscious, does anybody know of a good way to fade stretch-marks after pregnancy?
